If occupancy drops to 60%, the figure increases to £582 and 756.6 kg of emissions saved.

At 40% occupancy, the saving is £646 with 839.8 kg fewer carbon emissions. At 20%, the total climbs to £710 saved annually, and a cut of 923.0 kg in carbon emissions.
